We are always looking for folks to help out in a number of areas.
Web Site Improvement
This site is built on Telerik's Sitefinity. We chose it because it was the most developer friendly and took advantage of the latest features in the .NET Framework. To get started you will need a copy of Sitefinity and Visual Web Developer.
- Content Development - We are looking to build out our own certification, community, and learning sections. We are looking for folks who want to spend some time writing content to help others find their way through these topics.
- Windows Live ID Integration - We would like to integrate Windows Live ID into Sitefinity so that you can login with your Windows Live ID instead of creating yet another account.
- Resource Voting - With the idea of providing links to important resources we would like to build a dotnetkicks style system for people to vote on the usefulness of the resources we link to.
- Book Reviews - With a number of people reading a number of books we would like to enable users to submit their own book reviews for inclusion on the site and in monthly newsletters.
- Community Directory - We would like to highlight you, our members, by providing a community directory. We realize that you have a choice of blogging at a number of spots, or perhaps you just want to be recognized? The community directory will provide a place for others to get in touch with you as well as a chance to show off your progress thorugh certifications and participation in open source projects.
